Director Hagglund called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Director Hagglund led the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Director Christoferson moved to approve the Agenda for the December 6, 2021 Special Meeting; seconded by Director Murry.

DISCUSSION
1. Stanwood-Camano School District Strategic Plan Development - Performance Fact, Incorporated
Mutiu Fagbayi, President/CEO, and Lauren Klaffky, Senior Associate, Performance Fact, Inc., facilitated a presentation of their strategic planning process and model, and presented detailed results from the district's November 2021 surveys offered to students in Grades 3 through 12 and Parents/Guardians of district students. The surveys were designed by Performance Fact, Incorporated, who then compiled and analyzed data to present to the Board. The Board reviewed the survey information in detail and discussion followed.
ADJOURN
At 7:28 p.m., Director Hagglund adjourned the meeting.
