MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Board President Natalie Hagglund called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM and announced the statutory waivers/suspensions of the Open Public Meeting Act (OPMA) cited in the Governor's Proclamation 20-28.15 have been extended, "...until the termination of the state of emergency pursuant to RCW 43.06.210, or until rescinded, whichever occurs first." Thus, in-person board meetings are not permitted and the February 8, 2021 Special Meeting will be held using the Zoom platform.

SCHOOL BOARD DISCUSSION
1. Superintendent's Search
Natalie Hagglund reviewed parameters for holding special meetings and executive sessions, per the Open Public Meeting Act. Natalie Hagglund shared documents received from Northwest Leadership Team, McPherson and Jacobson, and Ray and Associates on their respective search processes and discussion ensued. The Board will be polled for availability over the next two weeks and then consultants will be contacted for possible presentation dates. Questions that could be sent to consultants in advance were discussed.
ADJOURN
Natalie Hagglund adjourned the meeting at 2:00 PM. No action was taken.
