Facilities Use

As of April 11, 2022, the fields and outdoor facilities at SHS will be unlocked and open for community use. Priority is given to school teams and groups who have rented the facilities.  When fields and facilities are not in use by these groups, the community has full access.   
To schedule a facility rental, please contact the school directly where the facility is located regarding dates and times, then complete a Facility Use Application (see link below) and forms below.

Activities sponsored by the School District, including curricular and co-curricular functions, have first priority.***
***AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING FACILITY USE) WHEN SCHOOL IS CANCELED - Typically activities will be canceled when school has been closed all day due to inclement weather.  Please check with your school for specific information***

Authorization for the use of school facilities will not be considered as an endorsement of, or approval of, the group or organization, nor for the purposes it represents. For more information, call (360) 629-1200.

Engrossed House Bill 1824 requires that all groups/organizations who participate in sports must fill out and return the COMPLIANCE STATEMENT FORM CONCUSSION, HEAD INJURY AND SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST AWARENESS(included in the Facility Use Agreement) with their rental request.
