CONSENT AGENDA 1:20 PM

The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

1. Approval of Donations.  That the Board approves the Donations, dated March 3, 2020. (SL)

2.  Approval of Stanwood High School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Field Trip to Spokane, Washington, April 8-11, 2020, for the FBLA State Competition.  That the Board approves the Stanwood High School Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Field Trip to Spokane, Washington, April 8-11, 2020, for the FBLA State Competition, dated March 3, 2020. 3. Approval for Claudia Holum, German Language teacher at Stanwood High School, to solicit students to participate in an Educational Field Trip to Germany and Austria, Summer 2021.  That the Board approve Claudia Holman, German Language teacher at Stanwood High School, to solicit students to participate in an educational field trip to Germany and Austria, Summer 2021, dated March 3, 2020. 6. Approval of the Replacement of Boilers and Taco Pumps at Utsalady Elementary School. That the Board approves the replacement of current boilers and two Taco Pumps at Utsalady Elementary School, dated March 3, 2020. (SL)

7. Approval of the Snohomish County Public Utility District Electrical Distribution Easement Agreement for the New Church Creek Campus site.  That the Board approves the Snohomish County Public Utility District Electrical Distribution Easement Agreement for the New Church Creek Campus site

8. Approval to Authorize Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment Purchases for the new Stanwood High School, Church Creek Campus, and Maintenance and Technology Center. That the Board approves the authorization for furniture, fixtures, and equipment purchases for the new Stanwood High School, Church Creek Campus, and Maintenance and Technology Center, dated March 3, 2020. 9. Approval of the Personnel Consent Agenda. That the Board approves the Personnel Consent Agenda, including certificated/classified new hires, resignations, leave requests, retirements, and travel, dated March 3, 2020. (MS) 

COMMENTS BY CITIZENS 1:25 PM
The Board recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and the importance of involving citizens in its meetings.  To permit fair and orderly expression of such comment, the Board will provide a period at each regular meeting during which citizens may address the Board.  Those wishing to speak should sign up in advance.  The Board welcomes comments but, in general, will not act on them during the meeting.
